Our crew will maintain the model home(s) based on your schedule. This can be from once a week to seven days a week. We can also schedule the cleaning before your model(s) open or after they close.

Our crew will keep your carpeting looking fresh at all times and take care of any spills or dirt that has been tracked in.

Windows will be cleaned regularly to ensure dirt and fingerprints are removed.

We can provide the models with all necessary toiletries (hand soap, toilet paper, seat covers, paper towels and air fresheners)

Our crew will replace blown light bulbs, replace air filters when needed to keep the model fresh and minimize dust, replace batteries in smoke detectors, clean and dust silk plants and flowers

We will maintain the walkways to ensure there is no debris as well as ensure no cobwebs at the entrance. Pressure washing services can be offered if and when needed

Furniture will be dusted and upholstery vacuumed to maintain freshness and neatness
